3. HIPAA Responsibility

Sonus: Blueprint does not function as a covered entity or business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) in connection with standard local use of the software.

4. Payment Processing and Recurring Billing

Subscription payments for Sonus: Blueprint – Clinic Edition are processed through Square.

Payment information, including credit card details, is collected and processed directly by Square. We do not store or have access to full payment card information on our servers.

Recurring billing and payment authorization are managed by Square according to the user’s agreement with Square.

Square’s collection, processing, and storage of payment information are governed by its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We encourage users to review Square’s policies for additional information.
